Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Rawfeed Games website at rawfeedgames.com and the Rawfeed Social Windows application. Questions can be sent to rawfeedgames@gmail.com. If these terms conflict with mandatory rights under applicable law, those rights control. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Permission to use the application

You may use Rawfeed Social to manage projects, prepare your own content, connect accounts you are authorized to control, and submit actions to supported providers. You are responsible for keeping your Windows account, OAuth configuration, saved credentials, and backup passwords secure. You must not use the application to impersonate another person, bypass provider controls, evade a review or rate limit, or access an account without authorization.

Your content and instructions

You retain responsibility for the text, images, video, logos, music, trademarks, personal information, and other material you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to store, process, and publish it. A publication action is taken only after the user gives the relevant approval in the application; a connected account is not blanket permission for every action or every audience. You are responsible for checking the destination, privacy or visibility setting, audience, community, caption, and final provider result.

You keep ownership of your content. You permit us to process and transmit it only as needed to provide the features and actions you request. These terms do not grant permission to use your content for unrelated advertising or model training.

Third-party services

Google/YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, and Reddit are independent services. Their APIs, OAuth scopes, account types, content rules, quotas, review requirements, pricing, availability, and retention practices can change. You must follow the applicable provider terms, developer policies, community rules, and consent screens, including YouTube API policies, YouTube Terms of Service, Google API Terms, Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms, X Developer Terms, and Reddit Developer Terms. Provider approval or connection does not guarantee that a post will be accepted, remain available, or be visible to every audience.

Rawfeed Social does not promise that any provider will support a particular account, format, media URL, scope, quota, or publication route. TikTok connection and display support is separate from Direct Post approval; X write access may require a paid or otherwise enabled API plan; Reddit media support and community rules may limit a requested action. The application reports provider or policy limits when it can and may leave an operation as uncertain until its result is checked.

User control and publication results

You decide whether to connect an account and whether to approve a content action. You must review the content and destination before approval. A network timeout or provider error can occur after a provider has accepted part of an operation; do not blindly retry an uncertain result. Use the application's result or the provider's account to check whether an action was created. Rawfeed Social does not guarantee delivery, ordering, reach, monetization, or continued access.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue application features when providers, security requirements, operating systems, or product plans change. A provider may revoke access or require reconnection independently. You may stop using the application and remove local records; provider-side access and content must be managed with that provider. These terms do not grant ownership of any provider service or content.

Disclaimer and liability

The application is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rawfeed Games disclaims warranties and is not responsible for provider outages, API changes, rejected or removed content, quota or review decisions, lost credentials, lost backup passwords, indirect loss, or loss caused by content or instructions supplied by the user. Nothing here excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
